Though Chef Jei is the youngest among the three Teppan 101 chefs, it’s safe to say that he is probably the hungriest to prove himself in the culinary world. And what better way than to hone his skills in one of the best eating destinations in Subic.
After finding his passion in cooking after a few years in Marketing Management, Chef Jei eventually found a taste for cooking. And he has not been out of the kitchen, since. He enrolled himself in Center for Asian Culinary Studies, and even went on to win an Award of Merit from the school, which only speaks for a fraction of just how much Chef Jei loves his craft.
